Landlord & Tenant legislation is particulary complex and seemingly ever changing. At Scotts we keep abreast of the law, understanding the implications for our clients and immediately submit our advice and proposals as appropriate.

Our managment portfolio embraces a wide variety of properties, including mansion blocks, modern apartment blocks, purpose built blocks, mews developments and conversions. A large proportion of our clients are Residential Management Companies but we also act for Private Landlords.

Scotts also manage both commercial, and retail properties on behalf of investment clients. Many of our customers have been with us since our inception, and our client base continues to grow, largely through recommendation.

The Client accounting is fully computerised and carried out in house by a team of 7 trained staff under the supervision of our senior Accountant and Financial Director.
